When will I receive my order?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery handler. We provide a group of shipping handlers based in major cities, and it typically takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there international delivery?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to a few specified cities mentioned on the delivery page.

You can inquire about international delivery with the store's team via WhatsApp, providing them with information about the product's weight and rates for international freight forwarders that are not currently registered with the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You should read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the case of a defect in the product, if it's agreed upon to return it, the company's shipping cost is calculated, and the freight is returned to the customer. As for the product's value, it is not calculated for the customer based on the return policy.

I wish to order in large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for bulk orders, and there is a discount ranging between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about quantities.
